Policy Statement

It is foster+freeman policy to conduct all of its business in an honest, lawful and ethical manner. foster+freeman is committed to:

  • acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships wherever it operates;
  • never offering, giving or accepting “Bribes”;
  • taking all reasonable measures to ensure that foster+freeman’s third-party representatives do not offer Bribes from which foster+freeman derives any business benefit; and
  • implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter the risk of bribery and corruption.

To the extent the company is able, foster+freeman seeks to uphold all laws relevant to countering Bribery and corruption in all of the jurisdictions in which it operates or is represented by third parties. As a company registered and domiciled in England, foster+freeman is bound by UK law; most notably the Bribery Act 2010, in respect of its conduct both at home and abroad.

Anti-Tax Evasion Policy

Policy Statement

Foster & Freeman conduct our activities with integrity, transparency and fairness. We are committed to the prevention of the facilitation of tax evasion as we recognise the importance of fostering a positive culture of tax compliance and maintaining the confidence of staff, partner organisations, customers and the tax authorities.

Foster & Freeman do not and will not knowingly work with others who do not share our commitment to preventing the facilitation of tax evasion.

The Company operates to the highest legal and ethical standards and will not tolerate acts of criminal facilitation of tax evasion by its associates anywhere in the world. The purpose of this policy is to set out the responsibilities of the Company and of those working for it or on its behalf, whether as an officer, employee, worker, subcontractor, agent or in any other capacity.
