Customer Portal
A new and vital tool for our global user base, the Customer Portal is designed to help you get the most from each of your foster+freeman devices.
Registered users have access to:
SOFTWARE UPDATES
The Customer Portal provides a one-stop-shop where users can directly download the latest software updates for all of their products.
RELEASE NOTES
Alongside each software release, users can also download a release note, including important information about the update.
UPDATE ALERTS
Registered users will receive notifications whenever a key software update is released for one of their registered devices.
HARDWARE MANUALS
The latest hardware manual versions for each product are also available for download, making it easy to access the information you need.
Once registered, each of your products will appear on your personalised dashboard, providing quick access to the resources you need. Registration is quick and easy, requiring a few details and one product serial number. Please see the video and text guides below for more information.

STEP 1:
Visit ff-customer.com
STEP 2:
If you are a new user, please click ‘Register Now’ at the foot of the login page.
STEP 3:
Enter your details and select a ‘Primary Product’ and enter the corresponding serial number.
Users can quickly register any additional products at a later stage – however the primary product serial number is required for us to verify your account.
STEP 4:
Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email and we will review your registration. We aim to complete this process as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding and patience.
STEP 5:
Once approved, you will receive another confirmation email. Please follow the link within the email to set your password. You can now login.
STEP 6:
When logging in for the first time you will need to set up 2FA to keep your account secure. You will be prompted to do this automatically.
STEP 7:
Once 2FA setup is complete you will be able to access resources and browse the site. Visit the Dashboard to see your registered products, then select a product to view and download resources.
STEP 8:
Users can register additional products by entering a serial number on the relevant product page. You can browse products by category under on the All Products page. Once approved, newly registered products will appear on your Dashboard and the resources will become available on the product page.
STEP 9:
Use the Account tab to change your password or logout.
